Cool Thinking

It has been a very wet few days here in Brisbane, the rain has barely stopped but our land no doubt is very appreciative of this wet spell.

It has given me ample of time to carry out many indoor chores that have been on my ‘to do’ list which are often left for a ‘rainy day’.

As a designer I look to the elements that are given to us from nature.  Blue is a universal color, it’s in our sky and sea and is often associated with depth and stability. It  has a calming effect giving us peace, healing and happiness.

When it comes to choosing colour for a room, don’t stress about it, experiment and see what works best, after all, you are trying to achieve a comfortable and relaxed environment for you and your family which will grow in an organic way.
